When Orangetheory athletes maintain their target heart rate zone, it increases caloric burn during and after the workout. This effect is known as "afterburn," and it can help you burn calories for up to 36 hours. Orangetheory's perfectly calibrated exercise regimen, which utilizes a range of equipment and techniques, can increase calorie burn by 15 to 20 percent.

Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
